Shipping and Returns
Orders are processed daily, however, depending on availability; please allow 1-4 weeks to receive your hand-made product. Please be assured that each item you order is personally checked before it is packaged. We care about the environment and use recycled material in packaging where we can.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Our normal method of shipping is USPS Priority (1-3 days) - USA, for $5.80
We also offer Express Mail (Next Day) within the continental US, for $17.95. If you would like Next Day delivery via Express Mail, please add that product to your shopping cart.
DOMESTIC ORDERS (within the United States)
We offer USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation as our standard shipping service and USPS Express as an optional shipping service. Please contact Kinisue's if Express Mail is required. Delivery confirmation and insurance up to $500.00 are included in shipping costs.
USPS Priority Mail: The United States Postal Service offers Priority Mail shipping delivered Nationwide (USA only) within an average of 2-3 days. Priority Mail packages are delivered Monday through Saturday only. All orders shipping via Priority Mail are sent with delivery confirmation to ensure that your order arrives to you safely. Insurance is provided up to $500.00.
USPS Express Mail: The United States Postal Service offers Express Mail service delivered Nationwide (USA only) the next day by 12 noon or 3 pm (some rural areas will be a two-day delivery using this service) which includes tracking, proof of delivery, and insurance up to $500.00. Express Mail tracking is available on the USPS Website. To order an item using USPS Express Mail delivery you must place your order during our normal business days of Monday through Friday before 12pm CST in order for us to process and deliver your item to the US Post Office for shipment before 4pm. All orders placed after 12pm on Friday through 12pm Monday will go out Monday.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not provide International Services at this time.
RETURNS
If you are truly dissatisfied with your item(s), you may return for a full refund, less shipping and handling, if posted within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@kinisuestropicalboutique.com for a return authorization code. For your protection, please ship all returns insured through FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post. Customized orders may not be canceled, exchanged or returned due to the personalized nature of the item.
